I am Jonathan Lang and I am an explorer through art.
My primary mediums are digital imagery (photography & video), sculpture, and sketching/drawing.
Digital image making (photography and videography) has been my primary focus for the last decade and projection is one tool I have been exploring with my digital imagery in the last few years. I have found that straight lines on a curved body accentuate the form.
Sculptural forms have always been intriguing to me. In the last three years more and more I have been exploring embedded still images and video in sculptural forms.
Sketching/drawing/painting is my latest exploration.
